Multi-talented musicians Khruangbin are back with a new album called A LA SALA, which means "To the Room" in Spanish. This is their fourth album and their first one in four years.

Multi-talented musicians Khruangbin are back with a new album called A LA SALA, which means "To the Room" in Spanish. This is their fourth album and their first one in four years.
Along with the announcement of A LA SALA, they also released their first song "A Love International" which has a music video directed by Scott Dungate. The next album will come after their first album in 2015, The Universe Smiles Upon You, their album in 2018 called Con Todo El Mundo, their next album Hasta El Cielo, and their 2020 album Mordechai. They also have worked on projects with Leon Bridgers, Vieux Farka Touré, and a compilation called Late Night Tales.

Seven different covers will be on A LA SALA's vinyl editions that you can pre-order. They show a connection between the music and Khruangbin's current style. The band used Marko's travel photos and got inspired by artist René Magritte to create windows in their living room. These windows show dreamy and impossible skies, and external views that reflect what's happening inside. These images go with David Black's photos of DJ, Laura Lee, and Marko in A LA SALA. They show the band and a window, both watching and being watched. A LA SALA is all about learning from the past to make better plans for the future.

A LA SALA will be released on April 5 by Dead Oceans in partnership with Night Time Stories Ltd.
